Allow the same person to take a survey multiple times

We have a use case to evaluate our internal support and provide a link to the URL to the survey at random to closed support requests. Instead of creating multiple surveys, can we reuse the existing survey where the person may need to enter more than one survey evaluating their experience.

I am trying the module after several years.
Good to see it's still alive :-)
I just wonder what the use of the "Repeat Columns" is.
If you select horizontal, what's the use of the repeat columns?
(I see I need to set them, but to me it seems double that you have to set "horizontal" and the colmns)
